Dead Sea Salt Known as the saltiest body of water in the world, the therapeutic benefits of the Dead Sea’s combination of minerals act to ease muscle stiffness and relax muscles. A natural exfoliator they are also great for skin problems with their high levels of bromides,magnesium and potassium. The help gently soak away muscular tensions, aches and pains. 


Epsom Salt Contains the highest levels of magnesium of all the salts. The first choice for sports people and people suffering cramps or sore and aching muscles. Epsom salts help draw out lactic acid thereby provide ease and relief to the muscles and body whilst replacing depleted levels of magnesium often brought on by physical activity.


Himalayan Salt Renowned for its mineral contents containing a whopping 84 different minerals in total. Amongst the trace minerals are those that are necessary for bodily health. Naturally occurring Himalayan salt is unprocessed so it presented to you in its raw organic naturally harvested state. Benefits include:

Tips and Instructions:

Pour your bath salts into warm/hot running water. Hop in and soak for no longer than 20 minutes. Many people sweat profusely during these baths indicating that toxins are being expelled and recovery is taking place. As your body is working hard expelling lactic acid build-up and other toxins through the skin, take great care when getting out of the bath. You will very likely feel very tired.

Black Pepper is one of the best oils for muscular aches and pains. Highly warming is aids circulation. Contains pain relieving properties so is great for sore muscles and stiffness. As a naturally warming essential oil, it gets deep into your muscles. Very effective in soothing soreness and aches. Effective when used in pre-exercise pain prevention bath as it helps prepares the muscles for a heavy workout by warming them up with the benefit of reduced soreness the following day.

Eucalyptus Is excellent for all over sore joints and muscles, relieving aches and pains as it is known for its strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce fatigue and alleviate pain.

Ginger Provides relief from aching muscles and eases spasms in the muscles. A warming oil with analgesic properties which help it sooth painful joints and muscles.

Juniper Contains antispasmodic properties so helps relieve nerve, joint and muscle aches and spasms.

Lavender An all-round therapeutic oil. Contains a wealth of benefits including anti-inflammatory, calming, analgesic properties which are beneficial to aching muscles. It eases swelling and improve blood circulation. Lavender is very relaxing and calming.

Lemongrass helps relieve pain in muscles and joints. Uplifting it also is good for general body pain resulting from strenuous activities, athletics and any form of exercise.

Marjoram Possesses excellent warming, soothing and antispasmodic properties to ease joint pain and muscles spasms and cramp. Also beneficial for arthritis and circulation.

Peppermint A refreshing and uplifting oil, A cooling oil, it helps reduce mental fatigue. Most beneficial for aching joints and muscular aches and pains.

Pine has mild analgesic properties that get deep into the muscle. It helps with redness and swelling in joints and helps relieve general muscular aches and pains. Enhances overall mental and physical balance.

Rosemary A fantastic all around oil with many health benefits. Excellent for the brain it contains high levels of analgesic properties so is good for aches and pains. Great for a wide range of ailments including memory, improving hair growth and healing skin.

Thyme helps treat joint and muscle pain with it’s warming action on the body. Helps with blood circulation. Excellent for joint and muscle pain as well as backache. Assists with chronic pain as it stimulates the body’s natural healing process. Particularly effective for aches and pains caused by working out, over-exercising, muscle knots or sports injuries.
