By purchasing from Natural Soap By Design online you are agreeing to these terms which form a legally binding contract. Natural Soap By Design reserves the right to change or amend these terms without notice.



Our packaging details, as the law requires, appropriate warnings to consumers regarding allergens found naturally in essential oils. Packaging and product designs may vary from those shown on the website. It is recommended that certain groups of people with known allergies do not use products containing these essential oils or massage oils which contain nut oils. If in doubt about any allergy to our products, patch test before use. Caution for all products: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. It is the responsibility of consumers to satisfy for themselves as to the nature of products purchased for themselves or for other people as we accept no responsibility for wrongful purchase. It is also the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that products are used appropriately and for the purpose intended. Product information is for general information purposes only and should not be regarded as advice regarding treatment of a particular condition and is not medical advice. Always consult your doctor before using any natural products. Products are not recommended if pregnant or breast feeding, or those who suffer high blood pressure, or epileptic conditions.



When placing an order via out website, payment in full must be received before the order is accepted and dispatched. Payment may be made through Stripe or Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to access this payment option as you can pay via Paypal using your credit card.  


Returns Policy & Refunds

We offer a 7 day return policy provided that the goods have not been used in any way and are in the same condition as received and are stored correctly, we will offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible to return, your items must be in original packaging. Any opened, unsealed or used items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons as per the Consumer Contracts Act (June 2014). To complete your return, you must include proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returned orders must be sent via recorded delivery at the buyer’s cost. Providing returned items are in the original condition with packaging intact, a full refund of the cost of the items will be given.  Any item returned in an unsaleable condition negates your right to a refund.


These Terms & Conditions have been set in accordance to the new Consumer Contracts that came into force June 2014.
